  • Performance and Goals

  • This is pretty open-ended so don't over think it. We just want to get an idea of where you perceive yourself to be.
  • This should be the sport you're primarily training for and hoping to build fitness for. Running, climbing, mountaineering, skiing, or whatever!
  • These are other sports you do on a weekly or more basis. For example, my primary sport is running but I'm regularly cycling and rock climbing as my secondary sports.
  • This is the overarching theme for your athletic participation. Typically relatively general. For some people it could be weight loss, for others, to race at a high level or anything in between. For example, my motivation is exploring new places and competing at an elite level in the mountains.
  • These aren't necessarily performance based. This should be related to your motivation but more specific.
  • Training Specific

  • At home? In a gym? Is it easy to access?
