Ridgeline Athletics Coaches Eric Carter and Gary Robbins have developed a one-day seminar that will cover all the training basics.
We use an informal presentation style that allows you to interact and personalize the conversation and presentation.
This seminar is designed to cover all the relevant topics and questions you may have in regards to getting the most out of your training and especially your racing efforts. The only prerequisite for this seminar is that you are comfortable running at least 15 km of undulating terrain. You do not have to be competitive, fast or elite. This seminar is very much designed with the everyday trail runner in mind.
