My First 50km and 50mile Training Plans use the format shown below. Each week is outlined with daily workouts to get you ready to run your first ultra marathon. The plan includes several pages of text at the beginning that outline how to use the plan, training tips, and an overview of our coaching philosophy. The plan is specifically tailored for the Squamish50 races but if you are racing any other trail/mountain 50 km or 50 mile, it can be easily adapted.
